Summer School on Biomaterials and Regenerative Medicine9-13 July 2012, Riva del Garda - TrentoThe workshop will focus on bioinspired and biomimetic materials and scaffolds: from nature communication and design strategies, with a satellite One-Day Workshop on Tissue Engineering. The School and the Workshop are organized by the Department of Materials Engineering and Industrial Technologies and the BIOtech Interdepartment Research Center of the University of Trento, in collaboration with the European Institute of Excellence on Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine. The aims are to illustrate and discuss principles, design, fabrication and most recent applications of materials to Regenerative Medicine and in particular to Tissue Engineering. The school is addressed to PhD students and Post-Docs with a background in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Medicine. The maximum number of participants is provisionally set to 50.
